Square pipe and rectangular pipe
Square pipe and rectangular pipe, that is, steel pipe with equal length and unequal length.The strip is rolled by process.The strip is usually unpacked, flat, curled, welded into a round pipe, then rolled into a square pipe and cut into the required length.

Process classification
According to the production process, the square moment pipe is divided into: hot-rolled seamless square pipe, cold-drawn seamless square pipe, extruded seamless square pipe and welded square pipe.
The welded square pipe is divided into two parts
1. According to the process -- arc welding square pipe, resistance welding square pipe (high frequency, low frequency), gas welding square pipe and furnace welding square pipe
2. According to the welding seam -- straight welded square pipe and spiral welded square pipe.
The material classification
Square pipe by material: general carbon steel square pipe, low alloy square pipe.
1. General carbon steel is divided into: Q195, Q215, Q235, S185, S235JR, SS400, 20#, S20C, C22, 45#, etc.
2. Low alloy steel is divided into Q345, 16Mn, Q390, st52-3, S355JR, E355, etc.
Production standard classification
The square pipe is divided according to the production standard: national standard, Japanese standard, British standard, American standard, European standard, non-standard standard.
Section shape classification
The square pipe is classified by section shape:
1. Square pipe with simple section: square pipe and rectangular square pipe.
2. Square pipe with complex section: flowered square pipe, open square pipe, corrugated square pipe and irregular square pipe.
Surface treatment classification
The square pipe is divided according to the surface treatment: hot-dip galvanized square pipe, electric-galvanized square pipe, coated square pipe, pickling square pipe.
Use classification

JIS G 3466 (daily standard) is generally constructed with angular rectangular tube
